Refund policy

We have a no refund policy, however, if you have an unworn item, you may apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item by emailing us. 

To be eligible for an exchange of the same item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at modestmanna@gmail.com with images of your item unopened, in it's original packaging. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for shipping costs and must email us with tracking information. Modest Manna will not be held responsible for any lost items. Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting an approved exchange will not be accepted.
